Who we are

The Inyan Kara Riders are a community of motocross and enduro enthusiasts and adventurers. Our story began in 1994 when local Uptonites, Paul Douglas and Tim Gerber, decided to create a space for riders to come together, challenge themselves, and share their love for off-road racing.

Our History

Working closely with the United States Forest Service and private landowners, Paul and Tim carved out over 100 miles of single-track trails, creating one of the most well-known off-road courses in the Midwest. This marked the birth of the Inyan Kara Enduro, an event that has been running for nearly 30 years and has become a staple in the off-road racing community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide world-class single-track racing while fostering a like-minded community of dirt bikers and motocross enthusiasts of all ages. We believe in the thrill of the ride, the camaraderie among riders, and the shared passion for off-road racing.

Enduro races are renowned for offering challenging, technical, and fun riding experiences for adventurers from all backgrounds. We are committed to maintaining this tradition and will continue to host the Inyan Kara Enduro for years to come.
