Volunteers are the backbone of the Inyan Kara Enduro. Without your time, energy, and dedication, this event wouldn’t be possible. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or new to the scene, we welcome your help in making this race a success.
Flexible Volunteering
We understand that everyone’s availability is different, so we offer flexible volunteering options. You can choose to help out on one or both days of the event. If you’re only available for one day, simply let us know which day works best for you.
Choose Your Role
We have a variety of roles available for volunteers, and we want you to choose the one that suits you best. Whether you prefer to be at the heart of the action with check-in and check-out duties, enjoy pre-riding or sweeping, or prefer to assist with registration or at the gas stop, we have a role for you. If you’re up for multiple tasks, that’s great too!
Volunteer Perks
As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive a special Inyan Kara Enduro t-shirt. This not only helps identify you as part of our team but also serves as a memento of your invaluable contribution to the event.
Volunteer Meetings
To ensure everyone is on the same page, we hold volunteer meetings before each race. These meetings are a chance to get to know your fellow volunteers, understand your duties, and ask any questions you may have. The meeting for Saturday’s race will be held on Friday evening at 7 pm, and the meeting for Sunday’s race will be on Saturday evening at 7 pm.
